How to measure your bra size?

Some tips for measuring:

  • Measure yourself wearing a bra, without a t-shirt or top.
  • Hold the tape measure straight so it follows the contours of your bra. When measuring the underbust circumference, you can pull the tape measure tight. When measuring the cup size, at the nipple, pull the tape measure slightly looser. Tip: Stand in front of a mirror to check if the tape measure remains straight.

  • Keep in mind the difference between French (FRA) and European (EUR) sizes. Both are listed on your bra's label, and they essentially indicate the same size, but use a different size chart or term.
What's the difference? The European bra size is the measurement in centimeters under the bust. Add 15 to the European bra size and you have the French bra size. For example, a European 75 is equivalent to a French 90, and a European 85 is equivalent to a French 100, and so on. Important: our shop only lists European sizes!
  • Some women's breasts may feel heavier during their period. Therefore, it's best to measure when you're not menstruating.
